The percentages are directional — drawn from our assessment experience, not a dataset. A Leak Assessment is where we measure yours for real: every leak mapped, sized, and ranked by what to fix first.

The 2-Minute Leak Check is a self-check, not an audit. It takes the ten leaks we find most often in growing companies — the ones behind the meetings about meetings, the numbers typed twice, the decisions that wait a week — and scores how present each one is in your week. Ten honest answers will not measure your business to the hour. They will show you the shape of the problem, and whether it is a drip or a flood.
That is exactly what it is for. Most owners who find us already know the week is leaking; they can feel it in the late nights and the status-chasing. What they do not have yet is a name for the leaks and an order to fix them in. This gives you both, in two minutes, free.

What happens after the Leak Check
If your score says the leaks are structural — three or more of them scoring high — the next step is a Leak Assessment. Over 2–3 weeks we interview leaders and the floor, follow the work from beginning to end, and map every leak by hours lost and cost. You get the map and the fix order: clarify the flow, enter information once, automate the handoff, connect the systems. No software gets sold to you in an assessment, and you can fix the leaks with us or without us.
And if your score came back low? Genuinely good news. Plug the one or two drips your answers pointed to, and re-take this check in a quarter — growth pours more work through the same holes, so the time to catch a drip is before it becomes the way things are done.
